[Case Study] Emergency Reporting System for Hotel Guest Rooms

Utilize existing LAN lines for notifications to reduce costs! We will introduce case studies.

We would like to introduce a case study of a certain city hotel that has implemented an emergency notification system for hotel guest rooms, which we handle. An "emergency button" that allows hotel guests to notify the room attendant of an emergency has been retrofitted. A new router for notifications is installed, utilizing the existing internet LAN line, and is managed through the administrator's client PC. Additionally, waterproof emergency buttons are fixed in each bathroom, and portable emergency buttons are provided for guest rooms, available for loan to those who request them. [Case Study] ■ Client: A certain city hotel ■ Product implemented: Emergency notification system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Prevent isolation in a combined shower and changing room private space for 24-hour unmanned gyms.

Peace of mind in the "ultimate blind spot" where a camera cannot be placed. Troubles during bathing or changing clothes without a smartphone are instantly resolved with a one-push remote call.

The mainstream "combined unit of shower room, changing room, and toilet" in 24-hour unmanned gyms ensures privacy but creates a "complete blind spot" for management. This space, where users are likely to be without their smartphones, makes it impossible to install cameras, and any troubles that arise here can lead to a critical delay in discovery. This device is a dedicated remote support terminal designed to eliminate this "physical isolation." - Emergency hotline that doesn't require a smartphone: In situations where users are undressing or bathing and do not have their smartphones at hand, a single button on the wall instantly connects them to the outside. This eliminates any "blank time" where help cannot be called. - Voice situation awareness to cover blind spots: Changes in the private room that cannot be confirmed by cameras (such as falls, entrapments, or equipment malfunctions) can be detected through high-precision two-way communication. It allows for immediate judgment on whether to rush to the scene or resolve the issue through remote instructions. - High reliability in high humidity environments: With an IP65 waterproof and dustproof design, it operates stably even in the high-temperature, high-humidity environment of a shower area. The stainless steel casing protects the interior from deterioration due to moisture and malicious tampering. By eliminating "places where no one can call for help," it fulfills safety responsibilities to members and maximizes the reliability of unmanned operations.
